Our PCA - CSTDB qualified surveyors will begin with a detailed survey to establish the source of moisture, the type of damp present, and the extent of internal damage. We will then, identify if treatment is required.
Every survey carried out by Northway is supported by clear, written report detailing our findings, diagnosis and recommendations. Prepared by PCA - CSTDB-qualified surveyors, your report provides a professional record of the damp condition within your property and, where necessary, the appropriate treatment required.
If rising damp or moisture ingress is confirmed, Northway will recommend the appropriate treatment, which may include installation of a new Damp Proof Course (DPC), Damp Proof Memberane, repairing defects causing penetrating damp, or improving ventilation to control condensation. Treatment is only recommended where necessary and tailored to the survey findings. If treatment is required our NVQ Level-3 Plasterer's will return your property to a factory-finish.
